Healing Voices is a community well-being project designed to support people from diaspora communities who may be experiencing loneliness, stress, anxiety, trauma, or emotional pressure while adjusting to life in Wales. Through safe story circles, peer support sessions, culturally sensitive conversations, and guided well-being activities, the project helps participants feel heard, understood, and less alone.
Many people carry silent struggles behind strong smiles. Healing Voices creates a warm space where people can speak openly, rebuild confidence, access practical support, and connect with others who understand their journey.
Together, we are creating a community where emotional well-being matters, healing is possible, and no one has to suffer in silence.
